Dr. Amjad Hamad

Dr. Amjad Hamad, M.D. is a board certified orthopedic surgeon and scientist. He is from Jerusalem, Palestine. He Obtained his medical degree from University of Medicine and Pharmacy Lasi in Romania. Subsequently, Dr. Hamad did his rotation  internship and orthopedic surgery residency at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem.

Dr. Hamad continued his post residency training in spine surgery. He pursued two fellowships, one at Share Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem and an AO spine fellowship at Guys and St. Thomas Center in England.

Dr. Hamad has more than 16 years of experience as an Orthopedics senior surgeon at spine Unit at Share Zedek medical Center and conducts various clinics in Jerusalem Suburbs including at the Arab American Orthopedic and specialized clinics in Al-Bireh City in the West Bank.

Dr. Hamad is highly trained in Orthopedics trauma and in spine surgery. He was a pioneer in Robotic spine surgery using the Mazur spine system. He provides minimally invasive surgery in all aspects of spine surgery and conditions.
